Sorry, I'm a little confused about what do to next or how to check our case status from now on.

My SO called NVC yesterday and they gave him a new case number starting with MDD (I got the initials wrong before!)

Where do I log with this number to see whether our case has been received in Madrid?

If you know the date the NVC shipped it you can try tracking the DHL packages near that date. Other wise call the embassy

You cannot track online using your new case number.

If you know when they sent your petition to the consulate you can try using the DHL tracking. Or call/e-mail the embassy.
