Full Version: Has anyone ever been denied at NVC?
Out of curiosity, is it possible for NVC to deny a visa or is it solely the job of the consulate to decide on the visa? Would NVC just keep sending RFEs until they had what they wanted?
Approving and denying visas are at the discretion of the counselor officer. I have yet to see someone post that their petition stopped at NVC.
