In Part III, after question 3, it says "If you are applying for an Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7."
In the example forms, questions #4 and 5 are answered. Do I answer them or go right to Part 7 after answering Part 3, Q3?
If so, do I not answer Part 4, "Purpose of your trip"?

If you're applying for an Advance Parole Document, then skip to Part 7 after filling in Question 3 of Part III. If you're not applying for an Advance Parole Document, then don't skip to Part 7. The instructions are crystal clear.
