Hi Guys,
How do you get the "Printed Cover Sheet"? Is it related with online payment? I am planning to pay both IV Bill and AOS bill online. Do I need to wait few days to take the print out or I can print the cover sheet right away?
Thanks a lot.

There are cover sheets for the I-864 and DS-230 which can be printed online after your AOS bill and IV bill are paid online and the payment clears. Usually takes 2-3 days and then when you log back into the online system it will take you straight the the receipt page where you can click on a button to either bring up the cover sheets in PDF form or you can have them emailed to you (or whatever address you specify). Instead of waiting for your payment to clear, you can still print a cover sheet ahead of time using the method in James's shortcuts. If you're confident that your payment will clear without a hitch, you could probably send off your DS-230 and I-864 the same day you pay it. By the time it gets to the NVC and through the mailroom your payment will have been accepted. Of course you risk it getting there too soon and that could cause problems! Also, the cover sheets in James's Shortcuts are slightly different in looks than the ones that get printed offline. They both do the same thing and the NVC will accept either or. I paid online and used the James's Shortcuts cover sheet for my DS-230 since the online cover sheet generator wasn't working correctly. They have entered my DS-230 no problem. If you want to see the online version of the DS-230 cover sheet, check out this thread where I've attached a sample as a word document: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=1774978
