I hope that by the time wifey comes for your birthday, you will have an interview date.

Have you tried calling or e-mailing them? Call the DOS the number is 202-663-1225 press #1 then #0 That is one of the numbers I called. have you e-mailed NVC and Kingston?

You are waiting too long for this journey to come to an end. You should have already gotten an interview date.

Do you have any idea why its taking so long for you to get a date??? did you try contacting them or somthing?

I hope you hear something soon and you are in my prayers

as far as i can see...they wait about 2 months for dates..just keep on them..when my case was complete in Feb 2007 i didn't get a date until end of April..and if i didn't email..i would have never known until last minute...so keep on them..email..call whatever

the heavens just open up and blessing fell out on me.....i called DOS # (202)...and behold shoe told me that package 4 was mailedd out to me on April 30...and i have an interview JUNE 3 at 10:30am...

she will be here until June 25...she got a full month to spend some time with me....now we can leave together...well hope so...my job is tricky..i work at the OPM...let hope i can work out something with them..dont want to leave on a sour note...let see how it goes

I guess this is where I need to be.
First of all I want to say congrats to All that have interveiws.
On the other hands Im going crazy!
My husband and I have a 9 month old and since both the I-129f and I-130 was approved in March. We thought there was a good chance he a be here by Jr first bday.
I guess not.
Vermont Center is really doing there job I CAN NOT say the same for CA!
Back in (Dec 28 2007, 01:29 PM)I asked about if any one was having problems with the CA service center in a open discussion and I got blasted about having so patients and what notz!!
I just dont know what to do anymore.
I call the visa center they say we aint in the system and then call the 202 # put both rec # in and it say the same crap!
I call uscis and they say it was sent!!

Just guestimating according to previous schedules, interviews dates are scheduled for appproximately two months after case is completed, although Trulo's was a little over that two month mark. I hope and wish that you all get an early interview date and be reunited with your loved ones soon.

I don't know you, but I'm proud of you. You made it through. A girlfriend of mine is going through the same thing and her (soon to be ex) hired an expensive lawyer and they're giving her hell. I'll tell her there's hope and to keep the faith.

Trelawny - my lawyers...all five of them...were free. I had one for housing, one for family, two for divorce, and one for immigration. The only court where I didn't need a lawyer, was criminal court. Tell your friend that this will pass, and always remember, what's done in the dark, always come to light.

Hi my case was complete on 4/15/08 and I'm awaiting interview date. Can I be added on the list?

Was thinking about you. How are things?

I am hanging in there. Suppose to have surgery on the ankle on Monday. AJ can't hold the ticket after June 24. So I can either pay the $100 change and also the new ticket price or loss the the money.
According to the doctor traveling may not be the best option but she will give me a note so my husband can take to the embsssy. That is if we get an interview for July.

Sorry to hear that babes. Praying for a speedy recovery. Wow, the tickets on AJ will be high in July, so it may be better if the interview is in August. I know you don't want that, but you'll have time to heal and recovery. I'll keep checking on you.
