Full Version: Will I need to prove my husband is the father of my unborn baby?

Im a bit confused? I have my interview in 2 weeks. Im currently 10 weeks pregnant, and heard that the US embassy might want DNA evidence my husband the USC is the father? Is this true? my interview is in london.

Only if the baby is born before the visa interview and you are registering the birth so that child will be US Citizen. If baby is born in the USA after immigrating on the visa then this is not an issue.

Probably wont be questioned if marriage was before pregnancy.
