My mum wants to move to the USA with us she lives in Ireland and has UK passport and may be able to get an Irish one.
Im not a US citizen yet but will be filing for my LPR very soon.
Is there a way she can move here?

Not until you are a US Citizen can you file an I-130 for her to move to the USA as an immigrant.
She can visit on the visa waiver program though.
