Ok, this is probably a really stupid question. We are mailing off Glyn's DS-230 tomorrow (after having to add a page to fit all of his visits to the US on it). What address do we use to mail it to?? It doesn't really say other than to mail it to the office. I am going to assume it is just the address on the cover letter accompanying everything? There is no PO Box?

I just mailed it to the address that's on the cover letter. Go there no probs.

We're in China (where the mail is a lot different). But, yes, right back to the consulate should do it.
