I have a dilema..
will K3 filing noe affect my i-130 approval date?
will they consider date of I-130 filing for I-129 or will they consider filing date for I-129F.
with the K3 being approved faster than I 130 per the processing time published by uscis this month at vermont, i am thinking of filing for k3?
any advice wille appreciated

If you want an immigrant visa, don't file an I-129F for spouse.
The timeline is a crapshoot but remember, petition approval is only the beginning of the visa process,
