I would contact the doctor's office where you plan to have your medical done. I too thought that I had to have ALL of the vaccinations done since alot of those I had when I was a child. The office staff that you speak with should know which of those vaccines are applicable to you. It varies by age. What I did as a back-up was to get my blood checked for antibodies for the various vaccines they listed and I brought that to my medical exam. I was over cautious but it did help me. I know the big one I ended having to get was my tetnus shot. I got it a year earlier but lost my vaccination card so had to redo it

Better to redo though then get rejected.
