that after 2010 u can apply after 4 years and 1 day? is that true i read it on some site. reply if u know about this?

Nope. There have been many proposals for immigration reform, but the recent ones have all died.
The timeline requirements are all set by law. A change in the law will require an Act of Congress. It requires that the same law pass both houses of Congress, and be signed by the President. We'll all hear on the news if a sweeping immigration reform proposal passes into law. Chances that it will happen this election year are pretty slim. After that, who can predict what Congress and the new President will do?
