We will be celebrating our first wedding anniversary on June 16, 2008 she arrived on a (K-129) visa June 1, 2007. My wife would like to visit her homeland (Vietnam) for 6 weeks leaving on May 12, 2008. She has a current Washington State ID card and she has a current and valid Conditional Green Card. Will she have ANY problems leaving the USA and more importantly, entering back into the USA after her six week visit?

Are there any forms to fill-out before her departure with anyone? USCIS, Homeland Security or ANY other US Government agency I must do before her trip to Vietnam.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated =-)

There are no forms to fill out prior to her departure. As long as she has her passport and her greencard she'll be fine. smile.gif
