Hi,

I am trying to get my I-864 AOS together and I do not see any place on the form to get it notarised?? Does it need to be notarised?

No, it does not. I sent the 864EZ with my 3 years of transcripts and W-2 for this year only, along with one paystub and they've accepted it. Nothing was notarized.

Just the I-134 needs to be notarized if you need it.
