Do I need to apply EAD? I-765 ?

CRs and IRs no need to apply for either. If you are IR no need to to anything but apply for US Citizenship in 3 years if you want to.

No. The "I" in IR1 stands for "immigrant". You arrive with full permanent resident status. guides6ly.gif
