My step daughter, age 5, received and RFE for documentation we already submitted;nonetheless, this is for her I-485. My wife already has her AOS interview date, but we are still waiting for her EAD card. My question is: Would her daughter's RFE effect the receipt of her EAD card? Could her daughters RFE delay or preclude her from receiving her EAD until she provides the additional evidence for her daughters AOS.
