is it possible to get some one to talk to at vermont center instead of machine i've tried going back and forth there and you can littraly spend hours there talking to a machine.

None of the service centers publish a direct dial number... all calls must go via the USCIS call center
Use the RFE trick, you get someone diredctly at Vermont Service Center..
Call the expedite in Vermont, sometimes they talk to you

Please use these steps to get connected directly to an immigration officer at the VERMONT SERVICE CENTER. call after 10am and before 4:30pm
Call the 1-800 number.
Option 1,
Option 2,
Option 2,
Option 6,
Option 1,
ENTER I129F (K3) receipt number
Option 1,
Option 3, Wait for "If our system"
Option 4,
this will connect you to an officer at VSC
