NVC have assign my case # on April 18,still have not heard anything about DS-3032

how long they will take to generate DS-3032 and AOS bill

is anyone have the same prob elm ?

For me, it took 13 days from case number assigned to DS-3032/I-864 fee bill generation.

Yeah, they are not that quick! Expect to wait a few weeks, good luck!

ya even i got my case number same day as u..

i gues we have to wait til they say generate ds3032 to be able to start action from our sides...

My case was assigned on April 21st and I am also waiting.

Most likely you guys would get the DS-3032 & AOS generated this week.

today i called NVC and somehow they transfer my call to customer service . i talk to one lady and i ask her about choic of agent ans she said they will send this week
so should my husband email them today or wait until tomorrow to send
please let me know

My case was assigned on April 17, and I am also waiting.... nothing yet....

Hi nitshrut... I would say wait if I were you. You dont want to find out that it got rejected and then have to wait another week or so to find out it was rejected because you send it in too soon. A couple of more days won't delay you more I dont think. I am also waiting, we got our case assigned 4/22.

I have grown so much more patience since my experience with USCIS....It's only been a week for us so I am being hopeful it will be soon for our DS-3032.

just heard the news today that they send ds--3032 and free bill so i m thinking to send them email tomorrow.
