Hi All,

In Additional Information for Form DS-230 – Part one Question 25.

I was in the USA from 06/1995 to 08/1995 but I mistakenly entered 05/1665 to 08/1995.

Should I call the Embassy and inform them ASAP?

Of course, i still have the Passport stamp so I can prove it was an error on the day!!!

Any advice welcome.

Darn farmers fingers!!!

Unless your name is John Amsterdam, I'd contact them about the error and then bring a corrected one to the interview.

(Google "New Amsterdam" to understand reference to TV program.)

I really don't think it'll be a problem.

Very good - New York City homicide detective John Amsterdam is cursed with immortality because he stopped the murder of a Native American girl in 1642. Geddit now!!!

I wouldn't contact them. They probably aren't going to question it. If you contact them now, they are going to go foraging about for your file, and it's likely to lose it's place in line.

Take a corrected one to your interview if they ask about it.
