I've just had a thought... The address on all my paperwork is different to the address that I am actually going to be living at. Chris moved on Sunday...

When I fill in the I-94 do I put the old address and then send off the change of address form when I get there... Or, do I put my new address and then still end of the change of address form when I get there?

If I put the new address that doesn't match up with anything in the MBE, will they say anything?

Just a last minute panic! wacko.gif

Thanks biggrin.gif

I don't know the answer, but I bet the IO at the airport can tell you. If it was me, I would put the new address, and immediately send away the change of address form (you can do it on the USCIS website too) so long as the IO at the airport let me.

You'll have to excuse my extremely dodgy typing skills up there! tongue.gif

No you don't need to do any 'address changes'.

Your I129F is 'finished' as far as USCIS/DOS are concerned. The visa was granted.

AOS is a different stage. You'll simply report your 'new' address as your current one on the I485 and other forms when you file.

Rebeccajo is right Tash. Put the new address on the I-94 and when you file for AOS you'll use the new address on that too. I was in exactly the same position, I filed for the K1 using Scott's old address but he found us a new place just before I moved over.

Good luck with everything. good.gif
