So I did not expect NVC to move as fast as they have been moving. I have been at NVC for only a month and already had my last portion of the NVC process started (DS230 generated as of yesterday). All other fees and forms have been paid and received by NVC. Thanks to James Shortcuts and a super dooper thanks to the new online payment system I could be 2 weeks away from an NVC complete case. Had I paid my AOS fee online I could've been even earlier maybe. I will however generate an RFE cause I don't even have my husband police certificate yet. He wanted to get it back in Feb and I told him to wait cause I thought that was too soon. Oh I shoulda listened blush.gif .

That's good to hear that your case is moving fast, Marlita. My DS-230 has already been generated, too. Now I just need to get a flight out of this rig so I'll be back at home to send the package out asap. I was thinking it's going to be late May before I reach this stage. Online payment really made a big difference for me.

I am amazed at how fast this is moving everything. It is truly uplifting!! I sent off the I-864 today and could send the DS 230 also if I had known that things would move this fast. I have to wait now to get to Dakar and send it DHL ($100!!!) because it's too late for my husband to send all of the documents to me since I leave Tue morning. Still....this is wonderful!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! kicking.gif kicking.gif

I think it's great that NVC has made these changes. I only wish USCIS would do something similar and move everything into this era of online payments and submissions.

This'll be a big help when we apply for my sons visa, right now I'm wishing it had come in a month or so earlier as we'd already sent everything snail mail. I'm still waiting for my DS-230 to be generated. blush.gif

You're actually ok. I think it took my case 2 weeks after sending DS3032 and AOS fee for anything else to happen. Check your case over IVR cause you can probably send in your I-864 papers soon. Go to the online system and log into your case with IIN, if your AOS shows paid....your I-864 will be generated already. At least thats how fast it went for me. And forget about that Tuesday only stuff. I was getting new messages thru out the week.

Yeah I figured late May would be the situation for me too. But I think I got about a months worth of stuff done in 1 week! I sent I-864, paid and processed IV bill, and sent DS230 all in this week...crazy huh?!

Well you still have to wait for NVC to generate your DS230 before you send it in, even though you can print coversheet online....just and FYI.
