I called the automated system today to find out when the DS-230 was entered.
The message said"The packet was received 4/23, but there was missing info,etc."
I called a few times and finally got an operator, and she said " That message is not showing,
my packet was received and is in the final stages of processing."
Should I call again? Is this just regular confusion? Anyone else have a similar problem?

Did you check to see if the RFE message is in regards of them waiting for the DS-230? Many of us got that RFE message and as soon as the DS-230 the message changed to "complete".

Unfortunately it says, The packet was reviewed 4/23 and there are missing documents,a letter was sent.

I received a false RFE too. But after they received my DS-230 it changed to the following.

"The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."

And then to "Case Complete" after about two weeks

I received a similar message. Boy!!! you gotta love these RFEs. I think I amma write a song on RFE.

i got an rfe too just because of they missed my visaphotos, took 11 days to get rfe notice have to email and call a live agent to get rfe checklist and then we mailed the photos last apr14 then nvc received it after 7 days.. well i wish i can get also the magic words soon " case complete or heading to the consulate" we pray
