P's interview is tomorrow in Frankfurt. I'm sure all will be well, but I'm a nervous wreck today. I expect he'll call me sometime around 5 am my time to let me know the outcome.

It will all be good, Jen. It will all be good. I keep saying this, but after our letter from the Consulate saying we'd let our K1 petition expire (Frankfurt scheduled the interview after the expiration date of the NOA2) I'm not going to feel confident about anything just yet.

Don't stress too badly My husband said his interview fine--they asked him two questions, as I recall, and he was on his way!

That's good news to know about Frankfurt. We did read the VJ reviews but you know how it is. On this journey you don't want to be too confident until you know for sure!

He's leaving in about an hour to drive there from southern Germany, so I guess I'll know sometime Friday US time. I'm sure he'll be fine, but I'm a wreck so far away!

Everything we've heard about Frankfurt is true. It was relatively easy. The queue was really long, but the interview itself was simple and short. They didn't ask to see any evidence, asked one question about my taxes (why my daughter wasn't claimed -- her dad and I switch years), how we met, had he met my family. That was it.

Hopefully he'll get his passport back next week and be on a plane July 16th.
