My Fiance and I are getting married in Canada. While he is deployed, I will be headed to Korea to teach English. I am wondering if it is ok to use the american embassy there to file and have interviews and whatnot with even though I am not a Korean citizen.
I have lived and worked in Korea for two yers now and just want to know if I could complete the marriage/green card stuff there while my husband to be is in Iraq.
Also, should I wait to file the k-3 until AFTER I get to korea to avoid address changes and whatnot?

Yes
K-3 can have visa interview at consulate where you are residing at the time of interview, so if you are residing in Korea, then you can interview for visa at that consulate.
