Also , when I call automated system it says
"The NVC has generated on 4/14 packet of instructions and documents"
is that connected with those changes, because that message is not in Wiki

I called NVC they said that means that the ds-230 form is generated

That message is not in the Wiki (although I suppose it should be) but it is in the sticky about the automated messages, I forget how many pages in. It does mean the DS-230 was generated. This message will change to the one about awaiting the return of the biographic data in a few days, perhaps once it's sent out.
