I have one question. My mom want to come USA as a PR through me, as I am a US citizen.Will she get a SS benifit after 65 if she doesn;t wok in US .Thanks.

No. The basic answer is Social Security is for workers who have paid into it. Money has been taken out of every paycheck they have received. You have to have paid in money for at least 20 quarters so your mom would have to work at least 5 years. Also the amount you get is based on what you paid in. So if you don't make a big salary, you don't get as much as a rich guy who made $250,000 a year and paid in lots more. If you don't work and don't pay in, you are not eligible for benefits. Most teachers in my state are not eligible for Social Security because they have a Teacher Retirement System and don't pay Social Secuity out of their wages.

She has to work in USA and pay money Social Security Tax to get the retirement money later. The more you pay through your life, the more you get. The less Social Security Tax you pay, you get less.
No free rides.

Why would the US Government pay your Mom a retirement benefit she has not paid into.... You can only get benefits if you have contributed to the Social Security system....
