guys i recv letter from uscis 2 weeks ago about my case. My ? is i cant seem to put my hand on what addditional review means, I t did not specify ar or ap i guess it doesnt happen at this level anyway. Has anyone ever ben told they uscis has to do additional review on their case, Also what about the k3 does it process separately from I130. Wondering are both petitions under additional review. someone told me there that my k3 will be approved before the cr1 would?.

I dont know muchabout the additional review thingie.. but from what I heard it is an internal review of the processing. I guess cases get selected to check to see if they have followed procedures. Look up Nita&Assad, they went thru this and so has JuanCarlos. They can give you more details of each of their experieneces.
