what day is the best time to call nvc for new update for case? sent my missing rfe since ap14 (2x2 picture) still no response from nvc. ;( loosing hope april is about to end i wish i can get interview date this may

You must mean the automated system. It usually gets updated on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The time of day could vary. I've seen it there in the early morning and I've had updates that I didn't hear until late that night. Also, I've had updates triggered by the online payment system that registered the next day on the automated system on a Thursday, so it can vary! I just call it every day just in case it changes. Some times a few times a day. Doesn't cost me anything so why not.

i was so obssesive about calling when the NVC when they had my case!! i would call at least 3 times a week LOL!


i called at night before they closed and it was always easy to get in and talk to an operator.......
