Hello,
I am filling my N400 and I have noticed Question 10 G about Selective Service Registration.
I came to USA in 2001 on Student F1 Visa. Get Married to US Citizen in 2005 and came to USA on CR1 in Jun 2005.

I was checking Registration on WWW.SSS.GOV and found out I'm already register for it in July 2002.
I called SSS and found out when I applied my Driving Licesnes in Illinois- They made me register for SSS during that process.

Now as I was over 26 when I got my Green card in 2005.. Do I still need to show proof for SSR during interview ? Or I don't need to mention about SSR on N 400 Form.

Any Advice will be helpful.

Thanks a million.

Since you are registered the only information the form needs is your Selective Service Number & Registration Number. That should be all. However the proof itself is easy to obtain (https://www.sss.gov/ack.htm) and it might be helpful to include a copy of it. Good luck. good.gif
