after the automated system says that ds-3032 is sent to beneficiary and the petitioner, then you can e-mail it

You do not have to call them and tell them you are emailing them, just email it when you the you hear the ds-3032 is generated. As for the forum they send you by mail, you can just keep it for your record and do not sending back...just first make sure they accept your email which come couple days after you sending the request.

NVC is about a week behind on emails so don't expect a reply right away other than the automated response. Also you might want to take a look at the DS-3032 email form on the VJ Wiki. The NVC has gotten really picky about the format of emails to them, specifically having the case number, beneficiary's full name, beneficiary's date of birth, petitioner's full name, petitioner's date of birth all at the very top of the body of the email. All this information is required for any correspondence with the NVC effective April 5/2008.
