Full Version: do the dates go backwards on I130??

I was looking at the new processing time on the uscis site and CSC is at Aug, 2007.. Now i checked it couple days ago when they still had the march 15th timelines and that time it showed the I130 was being processed for Sep 17th 2007. How can they go back from sep. to aug. shouldnt it go forward??? or m i missing something??

It may be because some bad guy's RFE had processed just before the posting date and he/she had that date has the priority date !
Don't worry, that's not their actual processing date
