If your name is not on your mailbox then the post office can and do return EAD cards and Greencards to the USCIS...
You need to make an infopass appointment and request that it be re-sent to you... make sure your name is visable on your mailbox either inside or outside where the mail person can clearly see it... have a word with your mailman and explain about your card being returned....

Thanks everybody!
I called uscis and they told me that they will re-send it.
I will wait a few days before trying the infopass.
And of course....put my name in CAPS on the box.

This happened to my husband last summer and it was a huge ordeal. Despite us receiving all other USCIC communication fine (and all other mail), for some reason our postman didn't like the fact that it was addressed to "LAST NAME, First Initial" instead of "FIRST NAME LAST NAME" and sent it back to USCIS. We have both our names very clearly in our mailbox. It took us two months to finally receive the card after having called the 800 number a hundred times to confirm our address. We finally went in for an Infopass and the IO asked them to resend it. We got it in a big brown envelope with the original envelope inside (to show they had our address correct the first time).
If they've said they have resent it, you should see it in a week or so. If not, go in for an Infopass appointment. Good luck!!
