Hello,

I have been putting my package together for removing conditions and this is the evidence I have come up with so far! Could I have some opinions on whether this is enough evidence, or, if there is anything I have missed...

Copies of the passport and Permanant Resident Card of (Liam Anthony Conneally)
Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizens friends and family attesting to our relationship and marriage.
A copy of our 2006 & 2007 joint US tax return
A Letter from my company of the designation of my life insurance to (Liam Anthony Conneally) spouse
A letter from my spouses company of the designation of his life insurance to (Lisa Lynn Conneally) spouse
Copies of joint Car Insurance
Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy, and also joint Dental plans
Copies of statements showing Joint Checking and Savings accounts.
Copies of Joint cell phone statments
Copies of Electric Bills in my husbands name (Liam Anthony Conneally)
Copies of Gas Bills in my name ( Lisa Conneally)
Copy of my husbands DMV renewal notice for his Car Insurance
Copy of my DMV renewal notice for my Car Insurance
Copy of health statement showing joint healt insurance
Copy of a rebate form for my husband from at@t.
A letter and Month to Month rental agreement of our previous residence.
Letter regarding address changes and dates( Part 3 additional information)
Copies of Birthday Cards and Valentines Cards

The only thing I would suggest is if you still have the card the original GC came on, you should send that along as well. It actually says on there to do that.

If not, I would not worry about it.

I was wondering about that! I am not sure what card this is referencing too? I have my permanent resident card

Looks good. Make sure the copies of bank/utilities you send span the entire term of your marriage. Good luck good.gif

My lawer sent copy of GC (both sides-front/ back). Keep originals of everything (except affidevits)

Any fotos? Bank/utility statements should span beginning marriage-time of filing. So, 3-4 of each is enough-you should not send every month (this info from my lawer). But looks good. As my lawer said-you have to prove that you were living together-so, same address for individual documents and proof that financial and social life was comingled as well (with emphasis on financial-but you don't need to show details of financial info)
