I would have to say NO.
SHAPE OF MY HEART
Hi there,
I have done that:
The thread for this

HERE'S WHAT MY EMAIL'S SAYS:

From:------------------------------------
Sent: Tuesday, January 29, 2008 10:56 PM
To: NoNotice, CSC
Subject: No NOA yet from 129-f

Dear Sir,

Good day.. I hope i wont take much of your time. But i would like to know, it says in the site that USCIS will honor the actual date our application was received. It was received on Sept. 25, 2007 (receipt date from Nebraska where we filed IR-130) but when we received our Notice of Action (NOA) it came from California Service Center and we check it online (wac-----------) it says "On January 7, 2008 we received this ......."
I would like to ask which date will be honored?
And, we sent our 129-F Jan. 15, 2008 and we don't receive NOA yet. Should we sent it to California where we received the NOA or to Nebraska where we filed our IR-130?

I am hoping and looking forward for your time replying our concerns. Thank you very much..

Respectfully yours,
-----------

I would have to say NO.

I second that. A big NO!! The reply that shape of my heart got sounds like an automated reply with the signature of an employee..nothing more! There are millions of applications waiting to be processed and if 'replying back to personal emails' was the case then petitions would be on shelves forever and nothing would ever get done.
