My husband is coming to the US for the first time and it is also his first time flying so I
am nervous for him. He can either fly into Miami or Dallas, which airport do you think he might
have the least hassles at immigration with?

Dallas by far, I live here in Dallas and sometimes i have to come into the states by Miami....complete nightmare...they are a lot harder down there due to alot of arrivals from South America and caribbean.

Miami is crowded and cramped and its a huge walk from the plane until the Immigration/Customs check point. Several flights arrive together.

Dallas you are almost right at the Immigration/Customs check point, you just go down stairs, so less of a walk. And there is more space and international flights are spaced out more.
