When I click on the link for My Timeline, at the bottom under processing estimates/stats it reads:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated as early as January 12, 2008*.
If this date has passed by more than 10 days or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

So should I call on Monday to find out about my case? Cos I've passed that date by way more than 10 days lol.

Have you not checked on the delay already

I would definitely call USCIS and see what is going on. Call the 800 number and follow the prompts as if you had received a request for additional information. That will connect you to the Service Center that has your file. You will need your USCIS account number (EAC-##-#######)

I will do that on Monday then as I am sure there is no one there on the weekend to answer phones. Thanks for your reply

Definately do that.. although they pushed their timelines back to july 30, 2008.. they have been approving too many cases that filed way after u and I did. Ask them where in the process is your case.. is it with an adjudicator? and when can you expect an answer. Let us know what they tell you.. I surely hope its being worked on by now.

Update your timeline by changing service center from Texas to Vermont. Then you will see the true date by which your I-130 should be approved. But since you filed in September I think they should have already approved your application no matter what service center you're at.You should definitely call them and check out what is going on.

I really appreciate everyone's help on this.

Thanks

Well I called and they wouldn't give me any information about my case whatsoever, just to go back and check the website periodically. So that was a bust. wacko.gif

Well they've updated the processing times, but they're still on July 30, 2007 mad.gif
