Welcome back! Please keep us posted.

I noticed in your timeline you have your marriage taking place on September 1st. Make sure that when Tham goes to the interview she understands that you were not married, that it was merely an engagement ceremony. Seems stupid, but I have heard they can get hung up on that. Good luck.

Sep. 1st is the day Tham and I and my family are planning on a wedding date in Nebraska 2008, Tham and I got engaged August 5th 2007 She know that we were engaged and not married, when I go back to Vietnam we are going to have a wedding ceremony with her parents and family, the wedding in Vietnam will not be legal because I will need to live in Vietnam for more than 30 days before a marriage is legal in Vietnam.

I wasn't there 30 days and we are legally married, but don't worry about that! You are fixed in a K-1 route now. It's probably best to stay that way. We had to jump through a few hoops to get the papers done it time, but it happened (with a week to spare). You have a couple of other VJ Viet Nam members in your general vacinity if you're in Nebraska. Melrose Plant and LoveMyHueGirl are in Iowa.
