After CR1 applicants get the DS 230 package and we returned it to NVC the next thing we receive is packet 4?

If I assume that NVC will receive my DS230 package by April 30th, how long will it take for them to acctualy complete my case (if no RFE) and send it to my local Consulate?? And after my Consulate receives it, how long will it take for me to receive packet 4??

Well, thanks but I've done that many times before and this search is not much satisfatory since there are so many different timelines and dates for each procedure that it's hard to have an ideia by them, so I was hoping that someone who is closed to an interview could give me an ideia of how long would take those particular final procedures.
