Don't do such move, you haven't gotten your NOA2 yet and planning to pay the verification fee, wait till you got mnl case number.

You need your case number from the NVC. That is when you get your NOA2.

Hello,

I am Anais's Fiance.

I have asked Anais to study up on Delbro / Documentation Service Fee, Since it appears to be a major headache for some people. And it is a source of confusion in general. Seems like Delbro/USEM/K1 are not on the same page regarding the process.

What I have read on this forum, is you have to basically call either delbro or USEM everyday to make sure the process goes as planned.

I agree to wait for Case Number from Manila.

I plan on attending the Visa Interview with her, and I can't wait(stay in PI) for another 4 weeks to 8 weeks for approval of Visa after Visa Interview in Manila, if it goes into Delbro/Documentatioin Limbo.

Thanks....
