we received a letter from NVC regarding the Affidavit of Support fee bill which is $70 and it also enclosed there the form about the Choice of Agent and Address Form (DS-3032).

I'm assuming you're going for a CR1/IR1 visa? 
If so, once the petition makes it to the NVC, they assing it a case # and send out the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) and AOS fee bill. The DS-3032 is for the beneficiary to assign whoever she/he wants as the person who will get all correspondence regarding the case from here on out.
