Hello Everyone
Well like the rest of us I am in desperate need of answers and support! I am a US citizen married to a Guatemalan citizen. We have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. We have been married almost a year and were dating 3 years prior. Unfortunelty my husband came to the US illlegaly and we are all paying a price for that! My daughter and I miss him so much. We have already had our I-130 interview here in Los Angeles prior to him voluntarily departing and it was approved and I have already submitted my affidavit of support and it has been recieved at the NVC. I am in the process of filling out and gathering all his documents to send off hopefully by next week for his KS visa (DS-230) and than will wait for his interview. I would like anyones advice on whats the next step and what to expect at the interview since he was here in the US for four years without permission. Thanks so much and I look forward to meeting new friends!
