Hi all,
We filed the I-129F to the CSC, anyways based on the state where we are, it should have gone to NSC instead of CSC. But since we had a lawyer file it for us, we just found out it was processed by CSC.
My q is, when we eventually apply for the AP, can we go back to where we belong (NSC)?, Or do we have to file it to the same service center that processed our I-129F petition?
Pls help us with the info!

You will file your AP along with your AOS and EAD applications to the Chicago Lockbox.

All K1 AOS applications go to the Chicago Lockbox, it doesn't matter where you live.

It's all in my timeline. I mailed my application on April 1st and received NOA on April 11th. I should get the AP around the beginning of June.
