hey guys my marrige was marriage certificate (civil) and i went to the curt to make it legal marriage but they just asked me about my sign and i said yes its main, all they said its my sign and my wife sign but they wont read it but they seal it there, so i want to know that my marriage legal now? my wife can make K1 or CR1 for me now with this marriage certificate (civil) contract and curt rulling or no? PLEASE HELP

Your question is not very clear, I am sorry. Your wife cannot apply for K-1 since you are already married. She can make K-3 or CR1. Civil marriage certificate is good enough to prove marital relationship's primary evidence. For secondary evidence, please collect photos, phone calls, joint account details, bona fide marriage affidavit etc.

thanks: i got mariage certificate (civil) last juny it was hard to marry legal becuse of some problem was betwen the government and embassy i know they fix it now but i already got marred, i tried to make it legal and seal and sign my marriage certificate but i cant make it how i want, i did seal my marred contract from the curt but they wont seal or sign it in The Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the curt they gived me a rull and i seald this rull in The Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, now i am realy mad i dunno what to do, i dunno if my marriage legal or no, i want to know if its legal in US and egypt now or no, i want to know if my wife can make K3 OR CR1 FOR ME OR NO, i hope there is anyone like my case and tell me what to do, thanks everyone

well we had the same problem about the marriage form
well your marriage now its illegal i think you talking about ( orfee marriage ) yes ?!!
there is one way to get married to US citizen and i think you know that way or you can read about it in the USA embassy site
the USA embassy and the ministry of justice will deny that marriage so my thoughts to you is file for K1 visa .
or you can get married through the USA embassy to file for K3 .....

Go to the MENA section and ask the way i got it was if it is Religious only you can do the k1, if your married, everything legal and filed then you have to do cr1 or k3 as married but ask others there as they will know
