Hi, I am a Permanenet resident for 3 yers. i have 2 sons and wife. my older son has entered illigaly to USA, is there any way he can get a status in usa. ( he is 23, he is NOT MERRIED), my wife and my younger son they both have permanent card.

There is no way he can get a greencard while here in the US. He has one strike against him with an illegal entry. e would have to interview in his home country.
How long has he been in the US?

Did he enter un-inspected? If so, he did so illegally indeed; and that's a huge problem. If he entered with any type of visa and overstayed; that's a different story. Which one is it?

Yes I think the best way is to take him back to his home country without inspected and apply for I-130.
he has been here for 4 yers.

well he entered legally to canada and then came here uninspected.

Uhmm... interesting. It's funny to me how the US government is so focused on immigration coming from south of the border but not much is done up north.
