My husband's interview is on May 5 in Tunis - The problem is that we have not gotten anything in the mail (neither myself nor him) from the Embassy or NVC - I'm guessing this packet of information contains his instructions for the interview and the forms for the medical exam that he will need to get? I called NVC this morning and spoke with "May" and told her that I had not gotten anything yet - She said that NVC mailed it on April 11, 2008 - which is odd because I'm in Delaware and it should have gotten to me by now. I'm also having a problem with my mail lady - for some reason ( I live in an apartment) she decided that I don't live there any more and someone with the last name Saddler does

So I called the post office and sorted that out but it's only been a problem for one or two days and they said they don't believe that any mail was rejected - so it's slightly possible, though not likely the post office returned my mail - All that being said - May was not very helpful this morning. I told her, he has 17 days to handle anything that packet of information tells him to do - specifically the medical exam, which from what I understand can be quite complex and will take seeing a few different doctors, x rays, etc - So i asked her what she thought we should do? Mail will take at least 10 days from the US to Tunisia so that's the earliest that he can expect to get his - and I asked her about sending another one to me and she just kinda phone shrugged, I mean sounded like oh well nothing I can do and did not confirm that they would send me out another copy. What do I do? It is expected he has had the medical exam before he goes to his interview, right? And what else comes in that packet - can someone that recently got one tell me please? Right now our case was closed on March 28, 2008- It was forwarded to the embassy on April 11, 2008 and they stated they mailed that "information" out on April 10, 2008 to me and Jihed - I don't what is in it, so I'm not even sure what we are missing at this point? Can someone help please about the remainder of this process? Thank you guys and gals!!
