Right i filled to remove conditions with my son included any how he had a NOA to give year extention also a letter saying that he was included on my application with the application number etc but I have not had my NOA extention should i go for a INFO pass to get my copy of my letter as I am not sure if my employer will accept the letter about me filing and son being accepted on my application. My card runs out on the 5/4/08.

You can make an INFO pass appointment to get an I551 stamp in your passport, which will extend you as you require it for work. They won't give you a "copy" of the NOA. Also, I think someone said in another discussion that they took the expired GC when they stamped the passport. You should ask for the 1 year stamp, which is what the NOA would give.
