I got an email from NVC yesterday which says that until now they've not receive our approved I-129F crying.gif ... We thought that the case # assignment will just be a 2 weeks process but looks like we're in the same old waiting line again cray5ol.gif Sigh... we're really hoping to get a May interview but oh well, I guess there's nothing else to do but WAIT... The NVC can't assign a MNL case number unless they have received your approved petition from the USCIS. It seems that your petition is still with USCIS or probably on its way to NVC. Try calling USCIS and inquire if they have already sent your approved petition to NVC.

Hang in there and Godbless.

im sorry its taken so long my heart goes out to u .........u already had a long wait
dont u just love csc in how they make us wait and wait and await........................

The wait is frustrating. We had to wait more than 30 days to find out our petition was received on day 24.

Try to remember you started your petition after the July increase in fees. Even when the NVC receives your petition it may take some time to enter into the system because of the backlog from July petitioners. It is not your fault and very little you can do except wait.

same here... still waiting for our I-129F to reach the NVC, when my husband called yesterday at the phone w/ NVC people , she said the I-129f might arrived but still not opening it. no choice but to wait patiently!

Ya too much waiting sucks and what's even more frustrating is that we've already waited long enough... ClockWatch2.gif

Anyhow, my husband will be calling NVC and CSC tomorrow. I hope that it will be good news this time. Delay is not denial good.gif
