Hi everyone,

I have already filed on behalf of my wife based on my Greencard two years ago. And now I am almost there to get my Citizenship and I am seeing alot of people talking about not to take K-3 path which may cause some delays.

I have seen alot of your guys timelines and processing times which confuse me with all this different numbers which are not same at all.

Do you guys have any ideas what should we do?

Please help.

Thank you
nimche
Do you guys prefer K-3 or CR-1 (I129F or I-130 by itself)?

I think you are asking about Removing Conditions for Conditional Permanent Residents (I-751) right? You might want to check this forum

Please check the link below which shows the main differences between the 2 paths K3 and IR1/CR1.

Thank you guys.
I've read the link shows the differences. My question is which way is better now a days?

Whether I stick with I-130 and don't apply the I-129F and should I do both at the same time? Some people claimed that I-129F made everything slow?

THank you

Do you guys know which way is better? Didn't you study before apply for I-130 to see you might like to apply for K3 as well?
