Once you are here you will need to file for Advanced Parole (AP) to be able to leave the US and return without abandoning your application.
You file for AP after you are married and along with your application to adjust to legal permanant resident (AOS).
The AP costs $170 and is currently taking around 60 days to be processed

My daughter's AP was approved in less than 7 weeks.
You will need to get married, apply for AOS and AP at the same time, and then wait to get your AP documents in the mail before you can travel outside of the U.S.

Well we are at 113 days and no AP, so I guess there is no timeline.
