How do you get them to give your visa at the embessy?

I think I am lost with your question. Anyway, we dont give our visa to them, USEM will issue visa to us and DELBROS will deliver the passport with the visa to us, and not us who will give our visa to USEM..

When you go in for your interview, you need to request that you will pick up your visa vise having it delivered to you. They will tell you will take two or three day before you can pick it up. They will inform you what day you can pick it and where.

Keep in mind that not all visa pickup requests are granted. You can try but you cannot anticipate that the CO will ok it. You also need to think about other things that could hinder the issuance of visa (like the infamous doc. verification).

Like I said, try requesting but never assume that it will be granted.

For you to be able to pick up your visa,,let your fiance write a letter with a valid reason. They will give you a PURPLE SLIP meaning that your request to pick up your visa is approved.
Unless your documents verification is still pending then no chance for you to pick it up.

Completely agree that the request should be in written form. Hand it to the embassy consul at the end of the interview and explain that this is a request to personally pick up the visa package. As others have said above, the processing time (assuming all requirements are done, including doc verification) is 2 to 3 business days.

ya im not counting on it but i did wright a letter just in case and we did the doc varvaction last week and interview is on may 23 so i hope it ready by then
