I went to NSO-bacolod last 9th of April and up to now I'm still waiting of my cenomar..people from nso-bacolod told me that those who filed last 8th to 11th of april was being delayed because they are still waiting of the approval from nso-manila...I'm not sure if can bring my cenomar on my interview this 22nd of april...Is it okey if ill go to my interview without my cenomar? I hope somebody here can help me what to do now? I'm bothered a lot with regards to this...thank you everyone...God mercy endures forever!!

In Manila, the standard processing for CENOMAR is 12 working days (not including the non-working days and holidays) from the date you requested it until they release it . I don't know in your place, but i have read in other thread in some cities of Philippines it takes only one day or so , others said less than a week for online request.. I hope you be able to receive your CENOMAR before your interview schedule..

i heard from some people who had their interview that the consulate didn't even asked for their CENOMAR.

but i hope that ull get your CENOMAR soon so at least you have it whether the consulate ask for it or not

hi happy heart, hmmm if worse comes to worst and u wont really have the cenomar on the day of your interview, then i guess bring the receipt becoz on the receipt it says there when your cenomar will be released and it so happens that it will be released after your interview. make a photocopy of that receipt in case they request you to leave a copy. Hi, happy heart. I was interviewed on April 4, and the USEM didn't even ask for the Cenomar. One of the gals there also told me that they didn't ask for her cenomar either. I'm telling you this, so you won't worry so much about not getting your Cenomar on time. Of course, I don't know if they will look for yours or not, but I think instead of worrying about getting one, you should make sure about the document verification of your NSO papers. Have you already paid and texted/called Delbros to confirm payment for document verification?

Yes we did..we paid last march 26 already..my fiance called delbros last arpril 15 asking about our documents..delbros told him that our documents are ready to be sent to US Embassy Manila this 21st of April..that's the day before my interview..Do you have any idea what delbros trying to tell to us? thank you Betsay of your nice encouragement to me!! wow, thats a long wait, here in iligan city I can get my cenomar the day I filed in NSO Office.

You're welcome, happy heart. That's good about you and your fiance calling Delbros. You should be happy now that Delbros is ready to send your docs to the USEM before your interview. It may mean that you don't have to wait long before you receive your visa (after your interview of course). Unlike us whose documents were sent only on April 14, after our interview, and might wait longer than a week to receive our visa. Anyway, I know God is at work, and we will eventually get it. Just be ready with all your documents, be confident during the interview, pray, pray, pray . . .May God be with you during the interview and always.

after your interview on april 22nd, call robbie again at delbros on that day and confirm to him if your name is actually included in the list that the usem send to NSO on april 21st. if he says u r included in the list then thats great. but if u keep on praying and ask God that He would do wonders by not including you in the AR like what happened to me and betsay, then that would be the greatest thing for u.

by the way, when u do the finger scanning, press your fingers as hard as u can ok and dont put anything on your hands like lotion or perfume so u wont end up washing your hands in the bathroom and then falling back in line.
